Glenn M. Anderson, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS is a partner of the Anderson Valuation Group, LLC and has been appraising for nearly 40 years. His experience in real estate valuation extends across a broad spectrum of property types and has extensive experience in litigation support as an expert witness to private individuals, attorneys, and government entities. Glenn has extensive experience in Southern and Northern Nevada.
Glenn is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Real Estate and Finance degree. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, having earned the MAI designation in 1995, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Nevada.
Glenn is a former Chapter President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has served as the Chapter's Vice President, Treasurer, and various committees for the local chapter. Glenn has previously served as president of the state of Nevada Commission of Appraisers and is currently a member of the Clark County Broad of Equalization.

Mark D. Mummey is a partner of the Anderson Valuation Group, LLC. He is a Las Vegas native and has been active in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting appraising since 1983. Prior to appraising, Mark worked in the savings and loan industry. Mark has been involved with the valuation of a variety of property types, including hotels, casinos, assisted living facilities, offices, industrial, retail, land, single-family, multi-family residential, and public use facilities.
Mark attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Nevada.

Sidney Anderson joined Anderson Valuation Group in September 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Washoe County School district as a foreign language teacher where she developed conflict assessment tools, conducted various levels of research for lesson planning, and spoke primarily in Spanish to foster a positive learning environment.
With a degree in Spanish language education, she has demonstrated a passion about learning, language and writing, as well as a breadth of knowledge surrounding interpersonal communications. As a registered appraiser intern, Sidney has worked on multiple appraisal projects throughout Nevada including vacant land, retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, as well as mixed-use developments.
